Chef Pedro is the highly regarded executive chef at the Finley Point Grill, and he is thrilled to offer you the benefit of his extensive 20+ years of experience to assist your restaurant in achieving success, as well as to provide outstanding private catering services and much more. Born in Guadalajara, Mexico, and later raised in the vibrant community of San Mateo, California, Chef Pedro quickly rose to prominence in the culinary world by working at the renowned Don Pico’s Mexican Bistro located in San Bruno, CA. During his time there, he had the privilege of working side-by-side with the famous "El Genio de la Cocina," Don Isaac Mejia, which greatly enriched his culinary skills. After gaining valuable experience in the kitchen, refining and enhancing his techniques, Chef Pedro then took on the role of executive chef at a well-known restaurant in Spokane Valley, the Ambrosia Bistro. His six-plus years of dedicated service there allowed him to develop essential management and business acumen, which, when combined with his extensive kitchen expertise, can help elevate your restaurant or private event by excelling in quality and reaching new heights of culinary excellence.
